Q: How does a Video Brochure work when opened?
A: When a Video Brochure or any of our video in print product is opened, a magnetic sensor activates the screen, automatically playing your preloaded video.
Q: Can I add buttons to control playback?
A: Yes. Buttons can be added for play, pause, volume, chapter selection, or even language options.
Q: Do Video Mailers function the same way as Video Brochures?
A: Yes. Video Mailers also auto-play on opening but are designed with added packaging for safe mailing.
Q: What is the process of placing an order?
A: First, we discuss your project and confirm details. Then, we provide a quote and send you a template for design. Once artwork is placed, we send a digital proof. After approval, full production begins.
Q: How do I know what product is right for me?
A: If you’re presenting in person, Video Brochures are best. For mailing campaigns, Video Mailers work perfectly. For luxury gifting, Video Boxes or Video Packaging deliver maximum impact.
Q: Can I test the product before committing?
A: Yes. We provide samples so you can see how Video Brochures, Video Mailers, or Video Boxes function before placing a full order.
Q: How is video content added to the devices?
Videos are preloaded during production. You can also upload new videos anytime through the included USB connection.
Q: How do I approve the final design before production?
A: We send a digital PDF proof showing how your artwork will appear. Once you approve it, we move into full production.
Q: Can I request a physical pre-production sample?
A: Yes. For large orders, many clients request a physical sample before mass production to ensure design and functionality are perfect.
Q: How long does the production process take?
A: Most orders take 3–4 weeks after proof approval. Timelines vary based on order size and customization. Video boxes & Video Packaging takes approx. 4-5 weeks from time of approval and deposit.
Q: Are Video Brochures easy for the recipient to use?
A: Yes. They’re designed to be simple—just open the brochure and the video plays automatically. No internet or apps required.
Q: Can Video Brochures be reused for multiple campaigns?
A: Yes. Since content can be reloaded, clients often reuse Video Brochures for new product launches or updated campaigns.
Q: How does the ordering process differ for custom sizes?
A: For unique dimensions, we provide a custom template and adjust specifications before proof approval. This ensures everything is tailored correctly. This is normal for Video Plus Print as many projects are totally customized. We do have many projects which are the same size, for example our A5 size brochure. This is our most popular size world wide. We can add many LCD Screen sizes into this brochure.

A: No. They work just like a normal printed brochure—only with the added feature of automatic video playback. Once you open the video in print product the video will start to play right away.
