Q: How is pricing for Video Brochures determined?
A: Pricing depends on screen size, memory, print finishes, and quantity. Larger orders of Video Brochures or Video Mailers often qualify for lower unit pricing. This pretty much goes for all our Video In Print products. The more you order the cheaper the per unit rate becomes.
Q: Do you offer bulk order discounts?
A: Yes. The more units you order, the lower the price per unit. Many clients place larger runs of Video Brochures or Video Boxes to maximize savings.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order is 50/100 units for Video Brochures, Video Mailers, and other Video Packaging products. This ensures consistent quality at competitive pricing.
A: No. Our quotes are transparent and include production, assembly, and estimated shipping. There are no surprise charges.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit card payments and wire transfers only. This allows for secure and verified transactions. All funds are in USD.
Q: Do you require full payment upfront?
A: Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. Full payment terms are outlined in your invoice.
Q: Is shipping included in the quoted price?
A: Shipping costs are always included in your quote based on destination and volume. We will never charge extra on our invoice unless details change on your project. Duties, taxes and tariff’s are always extra and will be included in the quote as well as the invoice. However, if any of those change during the project this will be adjusted at the time of shipping.
A: Sales tax depends on where the order is delivered. If you qualify for tax exemption or resale, provide documentation, and we’ll adjust your invoice.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: At this time, we do not offer payment plans. Payment is handled either through deposit and final balance or full upfront payment.
Q: How does pricing differ between Video Brochures and Video Mailers?
A: Video Mailers often include additional packaging for postal delivery, which can slightly increase the cost compared to Video Brochures.
Q: Are there cost differences between screen sizes?
A: Yes. Larger screens such as 7” or 10” are more expensive than compact options like 2.4” or 4.3”. Memory capacity also affects pricing.
