Yes. We deliver Video Brochures, Video Mailers, and Video Boxes to clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australasia, the Middle East, and Asia.
Q: How are Video Mailers packaged for safe delivery?
We use secure all our video in print products with a bubble bag and protective packaging so screens, batteries, and printed materials arrive in perfect condition.
Yes. Once your order ships, we provide tracking details so you can monitor delivery status from start to finish.
Q: How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Standard international shipping usually takes 4–7 business days after production.
Q: Does Video Plus Print handle customs clearance for international orders?
Yes. Our logistics team manages customs paperwork to ensure all shipments clear smoothly in your country.
Q: Are shipping costs included in my quote?
We include estimated shipping costs in your quote. Exact costs depend on weight, volume, and destination.

Yes. Many customers request drop-shipping. We can deliver any of our products directly to your client under your brand.
Q: Does Video Plus Print offer express shipping options?
Yes. If you need any of our products quickly, we can arrange expedited production times, and courier services for faster delivery.
Q: How are Video Mailers prepared for postal delivery?
Video Mailers are designed for mailing. Any of our Video Plus Print products can be mailed. They include protective foam layer all around the product, and put into a custom printed mailer box so they meet postal standards and arrive safely.
Q: What happens if my shipment is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if they occur, we provide regular updates and work with our logistics partners to resolve issues quickly.
Q: Does Video Plus Print provide insurance on shipments?
A: Yes. Insurance is on all of our shipments world wide.
Q: Can I use my own courier account for shipping?
A: Yes. If you prefer to use your own FedEx, DHL, or UPS account, we can arrange that. Just keep in mind you are responsible for all paperwork for importing and insurance of the shipment at this point.
Q: Does Video Plus Print handle large bulk shipments?
A: Yes. We regularly ship pallets of our products to our customers globally and to distribution centers for mailing.
Q: Does Video Plus Print provide split shipping to multiple locations?
A: Yes. We can divide orders and ship to different cities or countries, saving you time and coordination.
Q: Are Video Brochures packed individually?
A: Yes. Each Video Brochure is packed carefully to prevent scratches or damage during transit.
Q: Does Video Plus Print manage duties and taxes for international shipping?
A: Yes, We assist with all the paperwork, we include ALL duties. taxes and tariffs into the invoice at the time of ordering. We do have a clause if the tariffs or duty or taxes change at the time of the order and before we ship the product, this extra cost will be charged to the customer as this is out of our hands.
Q: Can I request branded packaging for shipping?
A: Yes. For premium campaigns, we can design outer packaging that matches your brand identity. This would be a custom printed mailer box and we highly recommend this for all postal deliveries.
Q: What should I do if a package arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately with photos and videos, and we’ll resolve the issue by replacing the damaged product.
Q: Can Video Plus Print store my order and ship later?
A: Yes. We can help out with a short time frame of holding product. We typically send all finished product out as soon as it is completed though.
