Q: How long does the battery last in a Video Brochure?
A: Our Video Brochures use rechargeable lithium batteries that typically last for 90–120 minutes of continuous playback, depending on the screen size and usage.
Q: Can the batteries in Video Brochures be recharged?
A: Yes. Every Video Brochure, Video Mailer, and Video Box includes a USB-C port so the battery can be recharged quickly and easily. We also supply with each unit a USB to USB-C cable.
Q: How much memory do Video Brochures have?
A: Standard memory starts at 128MB, which can store a short HD video. For longer videos or multiple files, we can increase memory capacity up to 4GB.
Q: Can I preload more than one video?
A: Yes. All our video in print products, including Video Brochures can hold multiple video files, and we can add navigation buttons so viewers can select which video to play.
Q: What file formats do you accept for video uploads?
A: We accept most common formats, including MP4, AVI, and MOV. MP4 is recommended for best compatibility and clarity.
Q: Do Video Brochures play automatically when opened?
A: Yes. Our Video Brochures and all our Video In Print products are designed to auto-play when opened. Buttons can also be added for manual controls including powering on the unit.
Q: Can I adjust the volume on a Video Brochure?
A: Yes. Volume buttons can be included in your design, allowing viewers to increase or decrease audio as they watch.
Q: What type of screen is used in Video Brochures?
A: We use only brand new high-quality LCD and IPS screens, available in multiple sizes, including 2.4″, 2.8″, 3″, 4″, 4.3″, 5″, 7″, and 10″.
Q: How durable are Video Brochures and Video Boxes?
A: With sturdy printed covers and secure housing for screens, batteries, and speakers, our products are built to withstand regular use and last a long time.
Q: Do Video Brochures have speakers?
A: Yes. Each Video Brochure, Video Mailer, and Video Box comes with built-in speakers, delivering clear audio alongside the video playback. We do not punch holes into our products for the speakers. These are typically lower end speakers other suppliers use. We only use top of the line quality speakers.
Q: How are videos uploaded onto the devices?
A: Videos are preloaded by our team during production. You can also upload new videos later through the built-in USB connection.
Q: Can I update the content myself after receiving the brochures?
A: Yes. Simply connect the Product or in this case the Video Brochure to a PC computer via USB and drag and drop new video files onto the device.
Q: How long does it take to charge a Video Brochure?
A: Charging typically takes 2–3 hours for a full battery in all our video in print products. Depending on the screen size and battery capacity.
Q: How many times can I recharge the battery?
A: Our lithium batteries are designed for multiple recharges—hundreds of cycles without losing effectiveness.
Q: Can I include chapter selection or menu navigation?
A: Yes. We can design all our video product range , including Video Brochures and Video Boxes with interactive buttons for chapters, product demos, or even multiple language option

A: No. All units include built-in speakers. However, we can add headphone jacks for specific projects if requested
Q: Do Video Brochures work without internet access?
A: Yes. Video Brochures play preloaded content and don’t require Wi-Fi or internet, making them reliable anywhere in the world.
Q: Can I use Video Brochures for presentations at trade shows?
A: Absolutely. Many clients use Video Brochures, Video Boxes, or Video Folders at trade shows to grab attention and deliver key messages on repeat.
Q: Do Video Brochures support subtitles or captions?
A: Yes. If your video includes embedded captions or subtitles, they will play exactly as formatted.
Q: What happens if the device doesn’t play correctly?
A: Our products undergo strict quality control inspections. However, if an issue arises, most can be fixed by recharging, reloading the video, or replacing the USB cable. We also offer full support to troubleshoot.
