The Client: Irving Texas
The Company: Irving is a principal city located in Dallas County in the U.S. state of Texas. Irving is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Irving includes the Las Colinas community, one of the first master-planned developments in the United States and once the largest mixed-use development in the Southwest with a land area of more than 12,000 acres (4,856 ha). Las Colinas is home to many Fortune 500 companies and continues to develop the area into a mixed-use complex including a special entertainment district.
The Challenge: With a population of 228, 653 Irving is the principal city of the state of Texas. Over the recent years, this city has evolved into a socioeconomic hub. To aid in further development, it was required that we step in to provide a practical promotion method that would attract businesses and boost economic development in this metropolis. Our mission was to devise a digital invitation introducing the city and its economic potential for prosperity
The Solution: Since this project’s focal point revolved around the city itself we decided to go with our clean and classic one-fold video brochure. Our approach was to use a video displaying the city’s prominent features alongside relevant statistics via a 7” LCD screen mounted onto the inside. The product promises durability and portability as it is easily rechargeable. Once opened, the individual immediately experiences the “Global Access” Irving has to offer.
The Success: With this Video Brochure the number of high profile investors and tenancy inquiries have tripled! Very well received in among the top target customers in the US.
